Global Warming: Blackballing Scientists
WSJ Opinionjournal has an interesting piece from a global warming dissenter.

But there is a more sinister side to this feeding frenzy. Scientists who dissent from the alarmism have seen their grant funds disappear, their work derided, and themselves libeled as industry stooges, scientific hacks or worse. Consequently, lies about climate change gain credence even when they fly in the face of the science that supposedly is their basis.
The more I learn about Global Warming – the less I believe that it is a scientific rather than a political argument.

I usually find it best to be flippant and say, Given our Canadian winters, bring on global warming! Doesn’t go down too well but we know the left was a bit short changed by the Creator in the humour department.
