Rare Sighting Today
I saw a rare thing today:
A sold sign on a house.
The first one I’ve seen in weeks.
UPDATE: 01/25/2008
Over the past 3 weeks I’ve seen 2 more sold signs.
That’s it.
And I’ve caught commercials from realtors talking about how homes are good investments… over the long term.
