    LOL. I get your comment the day I took an SUV load of recycling to the park nearby…
    Given that the link no longer works (the bane of the Internet) I can’t report what P&T said. The gist was that it took more energy and water to recycle much of the material than it did to make new. Only the metals make sense (and those already recycled due to a functioning scrap market). The worst offender was plastic and paper.
