Another American Hero
From the comments on another post, this one deserves to stand on its own. It’s the least I can do.
His name is Sgt Buddy James Hughie. And the world didn’t deserve him.

Michael W. Callegan:
Buddy was my son-in-law. I know whenever anyone is killed (or dies) it is said of them that they were a good person. Truly the world (and especially our little corner of it) is a much sadder and darker place without American Hero. Babby Cooper was a mere four months, three days old when his “Daddy Buddy” was KIA.
Thank you for recognizing Sgt Buddy James Hughie on your Blog.
