Chris Matthews Becomes Obama Propagandist

The “Hardball” host (and presumptive candidate for U.S. Senate from PA) was equally unwilling to see the Emanuel episode as evidence of a lack of planning and discipline in the nascent Obama administration. JOE SCARBOROUGH: Is that your job? You just talked about being a journalist!MATTHEWS: Yeah, it is my job. My job is to help this country.
Matthews wasn’t done with his odd new job description . . . An incredulous Scarborough kept pressing, astonished at such a complete 180 from Matthews’s repeated insistence during the Bush presidency that he had to hold the government accountable.
SCARBOROUGH: Your job is the make this presidency work?
MATTHEWS: To make this work successfully. This country needs a successful presidency.
So much for speaking Truth to Power, dissent being the highest form of patriotism, etc…

Why am I not surprised. For the last 8 yrs. the liberals attacked at every turn, dividing this country and undermining the President, now this socialist is getting his chance to destroy our country and the media show their true colors and admit their liberal bias. They then have the nerve to ask us to all get along. Never! I want the conservative base to regroup-get their act together, stop attacking our own, and live up to our core principals. Smaller, less intrusive government, less-not more taxation, and giving people the tools they need to help themselves up-not hand outs to enable them to stay where they are. Basically-you worked for it-you earned it-it’s YOURS! Not the Governments. I am more frightened for my country than I ever been before in my life. God help us during the next four years.

Joe Scarborough is the only MSNBC show I will watch anymore. I quit watching that channel eight months ago when Keith Obamaman had his nightly Hillary bashing. I never thought I would watch O’Reilly and Hannity and Colmes and like it. Joe – you rock. Chris – you suck.
