Institutional Racism on College Campus

It’s sobering to recognize that racism is alive and well – along with anti-semitism – on America’s college campuses. Wendy McElroy writes:

Nevertheless, I’ve heard the charge of “white privilege” so often that I’ve numbed to its meaning and implications. That is a mistake. The accusation is too often a racial attack, and those who hurl it are too often oppressors in sheep’s clothing.

WTF Mr. President?

I am not happy with the President’s choice for an associate justice to the Supreme Court. I explain why in this Dean’s World post.

However, I’ll add the following here:

WTF Mr. President? WTF were you thinking, sir? You’re in your second term. You are a strong leader. You are at your best when your enemies underestimate you, as many are doing today. So why didn’t you nominate a Bork or a Thomas instead of this nobody?

She’s a woman, and some thinks she might be a Lesbian. I don’t care if she’s a transvestite and a card-carrying member of the ACLU - she’s not the best person for the job by all appearances.
