The economy is so strictly divided between college graduates and high school graduates, that many work experiences are impossible after getting a degree. Then there’s the opportunity to explore the World without harming one’s resume. Employers look at what happens after getting a diploma. They don’t know an applicant’s age. A gap year or two is the best time for adventure.
